Amir Khan (13-7-0) fought one of the biggest fights in his career at ONE: REIGN OF DYNASTIES on 9 October 2020 to cheer up his father, Tajudeen. His father was diagnosed with stage IV cancer, lymphoma of the brain.
Khan faced Rahul “The Kerala Krusher” Raju (7-5-0) who is on a two-fight win streak at ONE: REIGN OF DYNASTIES. Former ONE World Title challenger Amir Khan of Singapore wasted no time and started aggressively against Rahul Raju of India.
Khan was comfortable with his striking and initiated an onslaught as soon as the two men began to trade bombs. Raju tried to close the distance on a few occasions to take Khan down to the mat. However, Khan overpowered Raju to get back up to his feet where he was dominating.

While was against the cage, Khan connected a slicing elbow that sent Raju crashing to the mat. Khan followed up with an onslaught of strikes forcing the referee to end the punishment abruptly in the first round.
After the win, Khan holds the record for most knockouts in the promotion’s history at nine. But more than that the fight was the biggest for Khan with his dad in the fight of his life, wishing to see his son dominate yet again.
