Assia Miri vs. Fabiola Pidroni is the only female fight on ARES FC 10 fight card. The event takes place on December 8 at Le Dôme de Paris – Palais des Sports in Paris, France. It will air on the UFC Fight Pass streaming platform.

The Algerian has both kickboxing and Muay Thai experience. She decided to switch to mixed martial arts. Assia Miri made her professional debut back in April at Ares FC 5. The striking specialist won by a unanimous decision over fellow debutant, Marjorie Le Moullac.
Pidroni will present a much tougher challenge as she has both amateur and professional MMA fights under her belt. As an amateur, she stacked up a 1 – 1 record. After a decision loss, she bounced back with a TKO win. As a professional Fabiola Pidroni is unbeaten and sports an unblemished 4 – 0 record. Now she will make her Ares FC debut.

As mentioned earlier, Miri is an experienced striker. So unquestionably she will want to utilize her punches and kicks. Her fight against Le Moullac was a standing-only affair with neither of them even thinking about taking it to the ground. It’s safe to say that her goal will be for her upcoming fight to go the same way.
On the other hand, the Italian fighter secured one submission win with a bulldog choke. So even if she’s capable to hang with Miri when it comes to striking exchanges, she can take her opponent to deep and unfamiliar water of ground game fighting. In that case, she would drastically raise her chance of winning.
