In the constantly growing Brave fighter roster, Tarek Suleiman became the first Syrian athlete to sign with Brave Combat Federation. The newly signed Middleweight fighter has dedicated his upcoming performance at Brave 10: The Kingdom Rises to his countrymen in Syria and to uphold peace and legacy of his nation.
A Desert Force veteran, Suleiman had been victorious six times out of his ten appearances. In his latest outing at Phoenix 4, he made an interesting comeback against El Sawi, and submitted him with a lethal leg lock in the second round. This time around, Suleiman will be facing one of the rising stars of Irish mixed martial arts, Will Fleury. Fleury trains at SBG Ireland under Head Coach John Kavanagh, who also trains UFC superstar and lightweight champion Conor McGregor. This high intensity bout will take place on March 2nd at Amman, Jordan at Boxing Arena of King Hussien Sports City.
Tarek calls Thailand home, and is undergoing his training camp at Tiger Muay Thai alongside Mohammed Fakhreddine, Nawras Abzakh and Jalal Al Daaja who are also featured in the fight card of Brave Combat Federation.
“I fight because I want to bring my country hope. A hope for every child and youngster to believe that still we can achieve great things in life. We can still believe in life and do positive things that can make our nation proud.”, said Tarek Suleiman.
We at ArabsMMA truly hope that the situation in Syria comes to an end. We urge everyone to help and support in any means possible.
