Syrian MMA talent Tarek Suleiman looks to make 2017 the year he joins the ranks of Bahrain’s prominent promotion, Brave Combat Federation. After establishing himself as one of the top welterweights in the region, Suleiman wants to make noise when he steps into the Brave cage.
And to do so, Suleiman had the perfect opponent in mind to get fans talking and to snag the attention of Brave CF CEO, Mohammed Shahid. A couple of weeks back, Suleiman sent a tweet to Mohammed Shahid, calling out Brazilian fighter Jeremy “The Pitbull” Smith.
@shahidthehawk what a better debut in @bravemmaf than this @TarekSul_MMA vs @ThePitbullSmith ???? ???? let's make it happen July, MW fireworks ????
— Tarek Suleiman (@TarekSul_MMA) April 25, 2017
The call out didn’t go unnoticed as Jeremy Smith, who put on a special performance in his Brave debut in Brazil issued his response on Twitter.
@TarekSul_MMA @bravemmaf @shahidthehawk Set a date and let's do it. ???????? #bravemma #pitbullsmith #hurtlocker

Mark it down as a success, because the message reached its desired destination. “The Pitbull” seems more than up to the challenge. The move has created a dialogue between the two fighters on social media as they fired back with some trash talk exchange.
