Were not too far away from the start of the show! Desert Force, heck professional MMA, makes it debut in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia!

We’ve got a great night of fights ahead! First up we have Salaheddine Dekhissi who faces Aws Boabat from Iraq in a fight between two Desert Force Debutants in the Middleweight division.

Meshaal Al Khuzeem Vs Ammar Tchalabi

Meshaal Al Khuzeem, the first Saudi to fight professional MMA in Saudi Arabia will face the Syrian Ammar Tchalabi, himself a resident of Saudi Arabia.

Out comes Ammar Tchalabi in the blue corner! Its been ages since weve seen him in the cage and he sure looks happy to be here. Ammar is sporting a fantastic looking beard, one that the infamous Chechen Ashraf would be proud of (shout out to Ashraf beik)

Here comes Meshaal! And the crowd is firmly on his side here. 3-1 vs 3-0. Boom! Lets get started

Round 1 here we go.

Round 1: Ghattas the referee for this one. Low kick by Meshaal is caught by Ammar and he drops Meshaal with a right hook. THey scramble on the ground and Meshaal goes for the armbar but cant quite get it. They scramble and Ammar has Meshaal in trouble here. Ammar rolls and stands. Ammar going for the strikes from up top but Meshaal goes for the heel hook but decides to stand.

Meshal with the thai clinch but Ammar uses it to trip Meshaal to the ground and ends up in side mount. Ammar attempts an Americana but cant quite get it. He attempts and armbar but telegraphs it too much. North/South position for Ammar and he rolls into an arm triangle that Meshaal rolls out of.

Round 2 here we go

Round 2: Ammar looks a bit tired here starting this round. His hands are a little bit too low and he is heaving a bit. Meshaal looking for the big punch to put Ammar on his back. Meshaal strikes and pushes Ammar against the cage and then to the ground.

They scramble on the ground and it is proving to be that Ammar is the far superior grappler advancing positions and working his defense. Meshaal in Ammars guard and delivers short elbows and strikes.

Ghattas stands them up and Ammar is slow to rise Meshaal goes in for the kill and he backs Ammar up against the cage. Ammar looks spent, he looks like he doesnt really want to be in there. Meshaal scrambles on the ground and ends up securing Ammar’s back and locks in the RNC! He has got it!!!
