A heavyweight bout has just been added to Desert Force 17! Desert Force Matchmaker Yousef Nassar confirmed to ArabsMMA that Jarjis Danho will be fighting on the 25th of May in Amman, Jordan against Stefan Traunmuller.
“Im delighted this match finally got made. We had the hardest time finding an opponent who was ready to go up against Jarjis Danho. We had 17 fighters, from right across the world, turn this fight down. No joke. Fighters from Europe, Russia, USA and Africa… None of them wanted to fight Jarjis. We got real close last week with Ruben Wolf, but his coach turned down the fight at the 11th hour. We thought we wouldnt be able to find an oponent for Jarjis but thankfully his manager, Tim Leidecker, made it happen and Stefan stepped up”
This fight has the making of an absolute epic brawl. Stefan has a stellar record of 13-4-1 with 9 TKO’s/KO’s and 4 submissions. Jarjis on the other hand has a perfect 5-0-1 record with 3 TKO’s and 2 submissions. in 20 fights, these fighters have gone the distance just twice…. Expect fireworks!
