Middleweight Tarek Suleiman has put his injury troubles behind as he readies for Brave 14, set for August 18th, in Tangier, Morocco, at The Omnisports Indoor Club. The Syrian fighter is set to take on Artur Guseinov in the preliminary card and promises to put on a show in the first-ever global MMA event taking place in Africa.
While he puts the final touches in the preparation for his return, Suleiman guaranteed he was healthy and ready to “rock and roll” in Tangier.
“I’m really excited to be a part of Brave 14, the first-ever global event in Africa, and my first time fighting there too. I’ll be facing an explosive guy in Artur Guseinov and I promise fireworks. I’m working towards putting on a great performance for the fans. My training is on point, I’m healthy and ready to rock and roll”, said Tarek.
Recently, Brave fans have started to call out the organization to put a Middleweight belt up for grabs, and Suleiman was one of the first fighters to put himself in contention for the title should it become available soon.
“I’m ready. I’m going to Morocco, bounce with the win, get on the winning column to grab that championship belt”.
Brave 14 will be headlined by a pivotal Featherweight match-up as former UFC fighter Jeremy Kennedy makes his promotional debut against Italy’s Danyel Pilò. In the co-main event, a clash of Welterweight titans as Sidney Wheeler takes on Abdoul Abdouraguimov.
