An avid MMA enthusiast, Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad had a vision which translated into a bouquet of world class coaches, UFC fighter, professionals and amateurs who are making their mark in the sport under the banner of “KHK MMA Team”.
We’ve observed the Sheikh train daily with the squad, but who would have ever thought he will actually lead by example and step into the cage himself!
H.H Sheikh Khalid is set to step into the cage for the first time tomorrow [Thursday April 14, 2016]. Not much details have been revealed about the event, but the Sheikh is set to step on the scale tonight for the official weigh-ins.
In the weeks building up to the event, Sheikh Khalid has been actively updating his instagram account with pictures of his training routines, and lately, a photo of his own opponent for Thursday’s fight!
A little credit goes to his opponent here. Personally, I wouldn’t dare to clash with a Sheikh myself!
